We currently accept Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Aetna and United Health Care
We do not participate with Medicare or Medicaid
Copays, deductibles and coinsurance are due at the time of service.

It is possible to pay out of pocket for your appointments.
The fee for your initial appointment is $250 and follow ups are $150

For the most part, yes
In order to do telepsychiatry with us you need to be in Maryland for the appointment. Because of this most out of state patients come in to the office.
Also, certain medications, labeled as controlled substances, are highly regulated by the DEA and an annual in-person appointment is required if these medications are a part of your treatment plan

Your initial appointment will be approximately 60 minutes
Follow up appointments range anywhere from 15-30, depending on how much time you need
We will always spend additional time with you if you are in crisis

Usually just yourself!
If you have been on multiple medications in the past we suggest that you make a list or timeline prior to the visit
The standard new patient paperwork will be emailed to you or done through our patient portal
